Considering how long text has been around, it's no wonder that Blogging becomes a natural extension of many people's lives. But when it comes to video, video blogging is to blogging as space travel is to travel.

For Laughing, my thesis film, I defined a system of rehearsal and collaboration based on improvisation in real world locations that trained the actors and I to communicate with the smallest of gestures. Thereby providing us with the deepest collaborative emotional insight into the characters; enabling the actors to cue me and the camera on my shoulder to their moment by moment intentions, and allowing me to garnish the scene with both spontaneous and long planned beat changes.
